How do I change my password?

Go to My Account > Security, then click on "Change password". You'll need to enter your current password and then choose a new one.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the My Account > Delete my account section. This action is irreversible and will anonymize all your data in accordance with GDPR.

How do I export my data?

In My Account > My data, you can download all your data in JSON format (profile, stories, orders).

Stories

How do I create a story?

Click on "New adventure" from the menu, then choose your settings (age, theme, options) and let the magic work! You'll need a star to create a complete story.

Can I share my stories?

Yes! Each story has a unique share link. Just click the share button and send the link to your loved ones.

How many chapters does a story have?

A complete story is 4 to 8 chapters, depending on your choice when creating it. Each chapter offers choices that guide the continuation of the story.

Payment

How do stars work?

Stars are your magic currency. 1 star = 1 complete story with illustrations and audio. Stars never expire and are credited immediately after payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via our secure platform Stripe. Your banking information is never stored on our servers.

How do I get a refund?

For any refund request, please contact us through the contact form. We will review your request within 48 hours. Unused stars can be refunded according to our refund policy.
