Our Commitment
At A Thousand and One Tales, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. This policy describes the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Nature of Products
Stars are consumable digital goods that allow you to create stories. In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately upon purchase when the consumer has given prior consent.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Technical problem preventing use of the service, not resolved by our support
- Accidental double billing
- Unauthorized purchase (fraud on your payment method)
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be granted for:
- Stars already used to create stories
- Simple change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (which is variable by nature)
Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at guillaume.bassot.guerra@gmail.com
- Provide your account email address and order number
- Describe the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 48 business hours
Timeline
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.
Partial Refund
If you have used some of your stars, a partial refund may be granted proportionally to unused stars, at our discretion.
